Title: Films Rather Books

I would like to persuade my classmates that watching films is better than reading books.

I. Present about the facts of films and books
A.)Show different takes of people about films and books
B.)Give examples of great books that has a film and the other way around

II. A.)Plenty of people believe that book is better than films.
B.)Education system still persuade the use of books rather than films or other media literacy.
C.)"Age" A person 21 and below usually prefer films rather books while
30 and above prefers reading books.
D.)Your imagination Vs. Other people imagination.

E.)Education pushes the use of books.

III.
A.)Prove the Difference of a Film from a book
1.) Some part of the Story changes.
2.) Different intake of the text might change the story.
B.)The other use of media literacy
C.)The use of technology today rather than before has increase widely.

IV. Benefits
A.)Everything is summarized in a film. making it easier to understand.
B.)A person has the full enjoyment when watching a film because he/she is relaxed.
C.)It is made to understand clearly and quickly.
D.)Lessen the use of our imagination.
E.)Watching films is formal and civilized compared to reading a book.

V.Conclusion
A.) watching films based on books is better because it can be easier to be understand even if it has a inaccurate deliver, still it makes our life easier and better. Today the use of media literacy has gradually increase because of the fast upgrade of our technology. But still education system still persuade the use of books rather than media literacy, as of this presentation i hope that use of films is used as of our generation today, it is highly used by a number of population around the world.

NAZCA LINES

NAZCA lines

The Nazca lines are series of Geoglyphs located in the Nazca Desert in South Peru. The Nazca Lines are hundred of straight lines, geometric shapes and the images of animals and birds.

The Nazca Lines were first spotted when commercial airlines began flying across the Peruvian desert in the 1920's.

Some people say that the Nazca Lines were created by aliens. Von Däniken(1970)He argues that the
Nazca lines and figure could have been built using an aircraft. That is why there are lines look alike landing strips.
Scholars believed that the Nazca lines were created by Nasca between 400 to 650 AD.(The Nasca was the archaeological culture that flourished from 100 to 800 CE)
TIME LINE: Proto Nazca (100 BCE – CE 1)
Early Nazca (CE 1-450)
Middle Nazca (CE 450-550)
Late Nazca (CE 550-750)
Researchers said that the purpose of the Nazca lines are for the gods to look upon them from above, others said that it was for astronomical alignment that would aid in planting and harvesting crops. Others have thought that the lines are for extra-terrestrial aircraft.

The Nazca line were preserved due to the combination of the climate. It is one of the Driest on Earth, with only half an hour of rainfall per year. And the stony ground which lessen the effect of the wind at ground level.

Most of us usually use the internet, chatting,watching,listening to music and using social networking cites. Then why not spend a little time on making blogs or doing surveys or even playing a game. this may open a  way on how a person can make a money through the internet.

                                1: eBook is an electronic version of a traditional print book that can be read by using a

                                2:  Allows you to Use your own Style
                             
                     B:Taking Paid Online Surveys
                               1: not the fastest way to save up.
                               2:Not a difficult work
                               3:does not pay much
                               4:Reputable businesses paying people to complete online surveys
                    C:Making a Website
                               1: Extremely Profitable venture
                               2:Allows you to advertise on your cite
                               3:marketing someone else product and receive a percentage of commission
                               
                               
                    D:Blogging
                            1 :Blogging is another easy way to make money with a website, because once                                                                                   
                                you’re established,that opens up many more 
                                opportunities to dip into other income streams. Given the propensity 
                                of other blogs out there today, it’s imperative to create a unique angle that 
                                will attract readers and eventually, advertisers.

          We have looked at various option on how to earn money through the internet. We have seen ways a person can do to earn extra income online.Choosing which really suites you may help you enjoy using the internet, at the same time starting to make a few money.

ARTMUSC FIRST BLOG

Art has plenty of meaning, and for me the quote of Magdalena Abakanowicz, "Art does not solve problems but makes us aware of their existence. It opens our eyes to see and our brain to imagine" which i learned in my class. For me this quote means a lot because, First of all other people may think that something unseen is impossible but art leads us to our imagination that makes unbelievable to believable. Just like our dreams. For me dreams are part of art and It really doesn't matter to if others define dreams as unfulfilled memories. Anyway a good example of this quote is the movie Star Wars because we do not know if there are real aliens, but they were able to make something unconceivable.

Lets continue to our next activity which is the movie. I will not rely on the show i have seen because honestly I did not understand most of it. For me art is an essence  from your mind and soul which helps a person to show what he/she feel or think. Who determines it? well of course it is you yourself and others opinion, the nature of a person also determines it. Let me Share a story about a friend. He thinks that looking in the mirror is artistic for him because his older brother told him that a mirror is better than painting or drawing yourself.
Another tricky question.. Who determines whether a person is an artist? And again my answer is off the video. Of course it is people choice when u created an art that makes you an artist, but how can you be an artist if there are no other opinion from others? you can't just run around and say "hey I'm an artist" because you created something. Of course you must let others know of your creation and they also must have this buzz in their brain asking whether it is an ART or not and if they agreed then you are an artist for whoever agree of your work. There is something that bothering my brain about Artist because there are also GREAT artist but overall i think "GREAT ART" equals "GREAT ARTIST" etc.

DLSC, English Two, Speech Communication

First of all English two class is about speech, so basically the biggest challenge in our class is  walking to the front of the class and give a speech. Well most of us have anxieties therefore it is difficult to give a speech upfront. This is a sign of speech apprehension, it is whereby a person feels unease,nervous,sweating,shaking,butterflies moving in your stomach and many more. I also felt all of this eerie feeling, so what I do is I make hand gestures when I am explain something, sometimes i walk around in front when the situation is really intense, and the top secret is... !!!
This is not my idea, I just learned this when I was a first year college. Once upon a time... We had a group presentation and I told my senior groupmate that I was really really nervous, so he told me to put a coin(one coin only) in my shoe, he said that it may help you to calm down, so I did what he told me and yes it did helped me out a little bit. But the perfect strategy to avoid speech apprehension is to be Always prepared!

Overall my English Language is still weak (forgive me for that). I am always lack of confidence specially when It comes to Individual speech or any kind of presentation. I also have the bad habit of looking EVERYWHERE. These are the things that i want to improve. Lastly I also want to learn more techniques and styles on how to do a splendid speech.
